We are
proud to offer free FedEx Ground or XPressPost shipping on
every order that’s over CAD$75 for all national and
international orders. Free shipping usually arrives at your
door in 3-7 business days within North America (Canada and
the United States)
Besides FedEx Ground and XPressPost
shipping options, we also offer FedEx Express Shipping
options, which includes FedEx 2Day, FedEx Overnight
Priority, and International Shipping. For a detailed

Shipping Insurance
All packages shipped from
Princess Pearl are insured for the purchase price through
transit. Once the package is signed for and received, its
contents are no longer insured.
We urge all
customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering
before receiving or signing for receipt.
All Princess Pearl packages
shipped require signature upon delivery.
When will my order be
processed?
All in stock orders placed before 12pm EST (Monday to
Friday) will be processed and shipped to you within the same
business day. If you place
an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 12pm
EST on a regular business day, your order will be processed
and shipped out on the following business day.
For all non-in-stock
products, you will be notified on an estimated date stock
will be arriving to store on the product information page.
The estimated stock arrival date (if this is a business day)
or the next available business day is the date your order
will be processed and shipped out.
Scheduled Pick-up
This option is available for
customer's self pick-up only, please put
Princess Pearl’s
address
for shipping. After purchase please call in or email to
info@princesspearl.net to
schedule a pick-up at our office address in Richmond Hill.
Gift Shipping
If you are ordering a gift
from Princess Pearl and are interested in keeping it a
secret, we are able to ship to an address other than your
home. You will have the option of entering this information
during checkout. For any additional assistance please call
our toll-free number. If shipping to your Office Address
please include your company name.
If your order is shipped by FedEx, we will send a tracking number
to you by email. If you would
like to track an existing order or arrange a hold at a FedEx
location, please go to their website at

Packaging of our Jewelry
Your item
will be carefully packaged in Princess Pearl's signature
velvet or leatherette gift jewelry box. If you'd like a
closer look at how your order will be presented, please
email us and we'll send you a picture before shipping.
